Acai Berry Blast




• 1 bar frozen acai berry
• 1 handful frozen blueberries and blackberries
• 1 shot wheatgrass
• 3 pitted dates
• 2 cups organic apple juice
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Apple Ginger Cleanse




• 1 whole apple seeded and sliced
• 3 inch peeled fresh ginger
• 2 cups of spring water
• 1/ teaspoon stevia


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Basil Cucumber Cooler




• 1 Kirby cucumber
• 1 banana
• 4 fresh basil leaves
• 1 lemon peeled (yellow outer skin removed with the white pith intact)
• 2 cups spring water
• pinch celtic sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon stevia


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Cantaloupe Refresher




• 1 whole ripe cantaloupe peeled and seeded
• 3 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
• 2 cups of spring water
• Pinch Celtic sea salt

Chocolate Heaven




• 1 cup cashews
• 1/4 cup raw cacao
• 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
• 3 seeded dates
• 2 cups spring water
• Pinch Celtic sea salt
• 1 teaspoon maca
• 1 tablespoon raw honey


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Gazpacho Smoothie (Savory)




• 3 medium sized ripe Israeli tomatoes
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 small onion peeled
• Pinch Cayenne pepper
• 2-3 cups spring water
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
• pinch Celtic sea salt

Green Power Smoothie




• Handful of dandelion greens, beet greens and kale
• 1 shot freshly pressed wheatgrass juice
• 1 lemon peeled (yellow outer skin removed with the white pith intact)
• 1 pear with the seeds removed
• 1/2 banana
• 2 cups spring water
• 1 teaspoon stevia


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Mumbai Cashew Milk




• 3/4 cup of cashew
• 2 cups of spring water
• 3 freshly crushed cardamom pods with the green outer shell removed
• 1 teaspoon of rose water
• pinch celtic sea salt
• 1 teaspoon raw unprocessed honey


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Nutty Cinna-Bun Smoothie




• 1 apple peeled and seeded
• 1 lemon peeled (yellow outer skin removed with the white pith intact)
• 2 cups spring water
• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 heaping teaspoon finely ground flax seeds


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Seoul Sweet Tomato Smoothie




• 1 cup sweet ripe grape tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon stevia
• Pinch Celtic sea salt
• 2 cups spring water
• 1/2 cup ice

Shenkin St. Lemonana




• 2 lemons peeled (yellow outer skin removed with the white pith intact)
• 5 sprigs fresh mint
• 1/2 cup frozen, diced, and peeled pineapple
• 2 cups spring water
• 1 teaspoon stevia


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Super-Greens Electrolyte Lemonade




• 2 lemons
• 3 sprigs fresh mint leaves
• 1 ripe pear, banana, or a handful of white grapes
• 1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
• 3 leaves Kale (optional for extra greens, fiber, & nutrients)
• 6-8 drops of liquid Stevia or other natural sugar-free sweetener
• handful of ice
• 2-3 cups of Spring Water


Peel the yellow rind off of the lemons leaving the white pith on the lemon (the pith is high in bioflavonoids). Combine the lemons and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately.

Pina-lina Colada




• 1/2 sliced pineapple diced, peeled and frozen
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1 1/2 cups of spring water
• 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
• 1 heaping teaspoon of Spirulina


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately

Pineapple Power Smoothie




• 1/2 pineapple peeled and diced
• 4 sprigs of mint
• 1 shot of freshly pressed wheatgrass juice
• 1 whole seeded pear
• 2 cups spring water
